According to the letters of Marquise de Sevigné, this biscuit was created in the XVII century
We will start from “la Mise en place” then we will travel together over centuries to discover its history and for its French culinary heritage
Come and join us, on this unique online French baking class which it will be a hand-on activity; we will prepare, bake & decorate biscuits according to the season

Sablé: flour, corn starch/maicena, salt, unsalted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla
Template: scissors, paper, pen
Icing: egg whites, confectioner sugar/icing sugar, lemon/lime juice, vanilla, coloring (gel or powder)
Decoration: sprinkles or sugar candy decoration
Utensils: bowl, wooden spatula, parchment paper, rolling pin, baking tray, toothpick, knife for kids
